Abstract
The XIX National Congress of the Società Italiana di Terapia Clinica e Sperimentale (SITeCS) was held in Milan on October 23-25, 2025, and, as in previous years, was organised in close collaboration with the Italian Society for the Study of Atherosclerosis (SISA), Lombardy Regional Section. In line with previous editions, the meeting brought together clinicians and researchers to discuss advances in atherosclerosis and cardiometabolic diseases, with a particular focus on translational research and innovative therapeutic strategies.
